Moving Along

We moved out of our apartment this weekend. Thanks to all that helped, it went really smoothly and very fast. Since we are looking into buying a place pretty soon we boxed up most of our stuff and put it in storage for the time being and we moved in to Tara's parents basement. It was a long day and getting ready for it felt like the day would never come. Moving is hardly ever stressless and the Salt Lake Marathon was set to be on the same day we were planning on moving out and it just so happens that we live right in the middle of the raceway! So we had to arrange to go pick up our U-haul early. It turned out to be OK though, because my old mission companion Peter (and his wife Kira) came and helped us get a few things packed up the night before which was a huge help!

Things seem to be changing in our lives pretty quickly, but we are rolling with the flow of things. In the past few months we have, among other things, learned that we are adding a new addition to our family, bought a new car, moved, we are both graduating in a few weeks, and we are hopefully a few weeks away from closing on our first home (which means moving again)! Whew! What a year our first year of marriage has been wouldn't you agree? It really has been the time of my life. I have grown so close to my beautiful bride and we are so excited for all the changes that are about to come our way. We are incredibly blessed to be in the situations that we are in and are grateful for every day.
